we only show the net price of the products on this website.
The Shipping Cost is charged based on the weight of the package,
content of the order and method of shipping. In order to provide
our customers with the best shipping solution, we choose the
most secure and economical method of shipping by using one of
our contracted shipping companies - Royal Mail, UPS, TNT and
Parcel Force (EMS). The accurate cost can only be calculated
at the time of shipping. If you wish to know the shipping
cost prior to placing a firm order, you can simply state your
request in the field of "Note to Crystal Clover" and you will
receive a separate email with full details.
When we successfully complete your order online, you will receive an
acknowledgement email. You can then go into the My Order section to
see the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will
receive a confirmation email with the details of shipping.
We use a number of shipping companies for deliveries worldwide and
the delivery speed is subject to the destination and method of shipping.

Normally, express delivery is traceable online and much more
secure but it does incur higher cost. We cannot be held liable for
failure of service caused by the shipping companies.
Please note - Standard Delivery is not a guaranteed service.
All the shipping companies we use require a signature upon delivery. It ensures
a more reliable service, especially for overseas customers. Also it enables
an online tracking facility provided by the shipping company. Shipping
reference numbers are available on request.
For online orders, you can see your order history and order status by
logging into your account and going to the "My orders" page. The tracking
number is normally emailed to you upon despatch of your order. You can
also call or email us to obtain more detailed information.

is encrypted during transmission and stored securely in an encrypted format.
You can log in to your account and make payment by Credit Card & Debit
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron). Your card will be

Normally we process the online orders within 1 working day. We will contact
you in case of any unavailability and possibly discuss a suitable
replacement. Our staff will always contact you
if there is any query before processing your order.
We do not accept returns for cut fabrics. Normally we only accept
returns if the order was processed incorrectly or the item is defective.
In special cases, we do accept an exchange - it has to be agreed
by Crystal Clover prior to your return of the goods.
Yes, if your order was processed incorrectly or the item you received is
defective, we will make a full refund including return postage.
If the goods were returned for exchange (subject to prior agreement),
we will NOT refund the return postage and in some cases we will charge
the postage for sending the replacement.
The refund will be made using the same method as was used to make the payment.
